Founded in 2008, SOPHI is an outsourcing center based in the Philippines. Originally established as the primary contact center for a US-based tech start-up, we started as a small 7-person team and initially provided enrollment verification services to one of the largest online student travel agencies in the US. In 2009, we provided back-office services and B2B appointment setting to our sister company, which specialized in rewards and loyalty programs. The company was later acquired by BuyWithMe (now with Gilt Groupe). Since 2012, we have provided customer service, back-office support, and virtual assistance to various tech companies worldwide.
